3SS harnessing AI & ML to create highly personalised UX engagement

3 Screen Solutions (3SS), a provider of software solutions for set-top boxes (STBs) and multi-screen entertainment, has entered into a new partnership with ContentWise, a provider of user experience (UX) personalisation and audience analytics technologies.

Together, the companies will look to transform UX possibilities through the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). ContentWise’s UX Engine is being integrated with 3Ready Control Centre, 3SS’ UX management and optimisation platform. 

3Ready Control Centre is an editorial platform for a service’s managers, editors and marketing teams to create and dynamically refine the UX. With the addition of ContentWise’s UX Engine, 3Ready Control Centre now offers a combination of AI-informed personalisation, UX optimisation and automation to yield an operator-centric set of capabilities and toolset that can transform the UX and galvanise the operator-subscriber relationship. 

This, explained 3SS and ContentWise, helps operators’ marketing teams and business planners achieve their business objectives, increase viewer engagement, grow revenues and reduce churn.
