farmerswife-Cirkus to demo end-to-end project management solution @ BroadcastAsia 2023

Established in 1999, farmerswife provides resource scheduling, project management and team collaboration solutions designed to meet the varied workflow needs of media organisations.

To bring even more resources to remote teams, including improved collaboration and communication, farmerswife introduced Cirkus, a cloud-based SaaS task and project management solution in 2018.

Offering project time management and task management features such as due dates, reminders, assignees, comments, recurring tasks and file attachments, as well as advanced features such as project templates, custom fields, new milestones and task triggers that support complex and repetitive tasks, Cirkus can be used as a standalone product or as an integration for the farmerswife platform.

Cirkus and farmerswife offer media teams an end-to-end solution that enhances task collaboration and financial management. Users can schedule, assign and manage projects and tasks, track status and report time, and collaborate efficiently with anyone, anywhere by coordinating resources and sharing files in one central hub.

With both tools collaborating, users are also afforded more clarity on how to control costs and invoices for work that has been completed.

To provide a more feature-rich, end-to-end solution for all media project management tasks for media organisations in the Asia-Pacific region, farmerswife will also be participating in BroadcastAsia 2023, which is taking place from 7-9 June 2023.

At booth 6H3-05 in Hall 6 of Singapore Expo, visitors can check out farmerswife v7.0, which includes new features such as dark mode, support for multiple currencies and enhanced search functions.

The Cirkus day-to-day task collaboration tool has been enhanced to provide media organisations with even greater resources for teams looking to schedule, assign and manage projects across an organisation and its external contractors.

It now includes Personnel Bookings for Schedules and improved Project Flows, with date offsets in Project Templates and Project Requests/Approvals. Additionally, the search feature in Cirkus has been upgraded and now allows users to save and share common queries.

farmerswife’s highly experienced multilingual support team, which has a wealth of experience supporting and implementing workflows tailored to multiple customer needs, will also demonstrate how farmerswife and Cirkus have been working together as standalone products to address the specific needs of media organisations.

Joining farmerswife at BroadcastAsia2023 is system integrator Gencom Technology, who are leading sales for farmerswife across the Asia Pacific region. Gencom recently helped Able, a New Zealand-based provider of media access services, develop a workflow system architecture centred on Cirkus. To find out how Able has since enjoyed significant reduction in management resources and improved collaboration, click here to set up a meeting with farmerswife and Gencom at BroadcastAsia 2023.
