FOR-A to showcase AI-powered broadcast solutions at BCA 2026
At BroadcastAsia 2026, FOR-A is showcasing a broad portfolio of solutions designed to bridge hardware and software, as well as SDI and IP workflows, underscoring its focus on helping broadcasters improve productivity and creative flexibility across increasingly hybrid production environments.
Highlights at booth 5D3-9, include a mix of AI-driven production tools, software-defined systems, and compact hardware platforms for live production, sports, and remote workflows.
A key highlight is the viztrick AiDi, an on-device AI solution developed by Nippon TV and distributed globally by FOR-A, powered by NVIDIA infrastructure.
Designed for broadcast-speed performance, the system operates entirely on-device rather than in the cloud, removing dependence on internet connectivity while ensuring stable operation in outside broadcast and remote production scenarios. Its capabilities include real-time player tracking, face tagging, object recognition, 2.5D telestration, automated score graphics, and motion-based analytics.
FOR-A will also present MixBoard, a software-defined audio and video mixer developed with graphics partner ClassX. The platform transforms a graphics engine into a virtual production switcher with unlimited layering, integrating tools such as clip playback, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera automation, and production control features within a unified software environment.
For sports and live production workflows, Envivo Replay from Variant Systems Group will be demonstrated as a cost-efficient replay and slow-motion production server. The system combines replay functionality with integrated graphics for branding and sponsorship, while multi-format publishing capabilities enable simultaneous distribution across multiple streaming platforms.
On the hardware side, FOR-A will showcase the MFR-3100EX compact multi-format routing switcher, which supports optional NDI and Dante integration, and can be configured with multi-view, clip storage, recording, playback, streaming, and even a 1M/E production switcher with DSK functionality.
The HVS-Q12 and HVS-1200 12G-SDI switchers will also be on display, targeting users seeking compact yet powerful production control systems.
