iKO Media sets new operational standard with its iKOSYSTEM

iKO Media, a global provider of satellite, cloud, and over-the-top (OTT) broadcast solutions, has launched iKOSYSTEM, said to be the industry’s first truly unified broadcast operation platform.

Available immediately to all iKOMG customers, iKOSYSTEM centralises every subscribed service into a single, secure operational environment, eliminating fragmentation and setting a new benchmark for broadcast infrastructure management, added iKO Media.

Designed as a true broadcast operations control centre, iKOSYSTEM gives channels, platforms, and networks complete operational visibility across their technical ecosystems. Customers can access, operate, and monitor all subscribed services, from playout and monitoring to electronic programme guide (EPG), OTT, free ad-supported streaming television (FAST), and engagement tools, through one login and one unified real-time dashboard.

Adir Hadad, VP of Cloud Services, iKO Media Group, declared, “This is a structural shift in how broadcast operations are delivered. iKOSYSTEM unifies complex technical environments into a single operational interface.

“From cloud playout redundancy and return-feed monitoring to OTT distribution and FAST channel automation, customers now have real-time visibility and actionable control without relying on multiple systems or support escalation.

“The platform is API-ready, secure by design, and built to integrate seamlessly into modern broadcast workflows.”

iKOSYSTEM delivers a single secure login across all authorised iKOMG services while providing real-time operational visibility across playout, monitoring, OTT, EPG, and FAST environments. Embedded HLS previews, Role-Based Access Control, secure OAuth2 and SAML authentication, real-time alerts, SLA monitoring, full audit trails, and API-ready integration ensure the platform is engineered for accountability as much as automation.

Services dynamically appear based on customer contracts, allowing instant enablement of new solutions without additional platforms. As channels and networks grow, iKOSYSTEM grows with them.

Shmulik Koren, CEO, iKO Media Group, added, “At iKOMG, we don’t follow industry trends — we set them.

“iKOSYSTEM represents our commitment to leading from the front and solving real client challenges at their core. Broadcasters today need clarity, control, and accountability across increasingly complex ecosystems.

“We built iKOSYSTEM to eliminate fragmentation and give our customers complete operational confidence. This is not just a portal — it’s a new operational standard.”
