Lingopal debuts live AI translation for multi-lingual streaming @IBC2026

Lingopal, an AI-powered live translation and localisation specialist, is unveiling new platform capabilities to help broadcasters, streaming services, sports organisations, and creators unlock revenue through optimised multi-lingual audience experiences.

Lingopal is extending its coverage to more than 130 languages and introducing enhanced customisation and analysis capabilities, making it easier for content owners to deliver multi-lingual live and on-demand media.

Additionally, a new analytics feature, Signal, lets users measure translation performance across languages and content types. It empowers customers to evaluate localisation output quality for any content across crucial KPIs, P.808 MOS, text-to-speech naturalness, background noise, and voice complexity, quality, and clarity.

Alongside advances in real-time AI dubbing, captioning and media library localisation, Lingopal will also introduce upcoming live synthetic commentary advances. AI video analysis will be used to generate original dubbing, tailored to the consumer and unlocking new audience engagement opportunities.

Casey Schneider, CEO, Lingopal, said, “Real-time AI translation is changing the economics of localisation. Some of the biggest sports and streaming platforms are proving that multi-lingual content can be created cost-effectively at scale through AI.

“The conversation is moving beyond whether to use AI for localisation; it’s now about how much content you can translate, how many more markets you can reach in a bespoke way, and measuring your localisation’s relative performance in each market.

“Our latest advances help every piece of content work harder for rights holders — delivering new subscription, advertising, and sponsorship revenue, while preserving the voice, energy, and emotion that made it compelling in the first place.”

As audiences become increasingly global, media organisations face growing pressure to reach more viewers without multiplying the cost and complexity of traditional localisation. Live sports, streaming, news and social video can cross borders instantly, yet producing separate commentary, dubbing and captioning workflows for every market has traditionally made multi-lingual distribution difficult to scale.

Lingopal addresses this through a suite of AI-powered solutions for low-latency speech-to-speech translation, captions and subtitles with workflows that integrate seamlessly into existing broadcast and streaming infrastructures.

Lingopal is showing its latest platform advances for live and on-demand localisation at booth 14.B52 during IBC2026, which is taking place from September 11-14 at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre.
