Looking for a single, trusted partner for end-to-end AI-powered workflows?

Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS) has unveiled a comprehensive suite of end-to-end AI-powered workflow applications for broadcasters, content owners, and operators worldwide.
Building on the foundation of CTS’ VideoAI platform, these new applications deliver AI as practical, integrated solutions to real-world content production and management challenges.
In a market increasingly crowded with standalone AI vendors and start-ups, CTS aims to serve as a single, trusted partner for end-to-end AI-enhanced content processing, video management, and monetisation — backed by the proven reliability and scale of Comcast Technology Solutions and 24/7 managed services.
CTS provides end-to-end, production-ready workflow integration that embeds AI capabilities into complete, deployable applications, requiring no additional specialist AI knowledge or developer requirements.
The new applications are designed to work across CTS’ full product portfolio, including Comcast Media360 for broadcasters and content owners, Comcast Sports360 for sports rights holders, and standalone deployments of CTS’ Cloud Video Platform (CVP) for operators.
Bart Spriester, Senior Vice-President & General Manager of Streaming, Broadcast and Advertising, Comcast Technology Solutions, said, “The video industry is ready to move past AI hypotheticals and onto production-ready applications that solve real problems, generate new business opportunities, and integrate seamlessly into the workflows they already rely upon.
“Whether for creating vertical videos, localisation, advanced advertising, metadata enrichment, quality control, or intelligent clip generation, CTS stands ready to help our customers benefit from AI to better manage and monetise their content catalogues.
“CTS VideoAI is based on implementations deployed by some of the world’s largest media companies, and we’re excited to roll out this package of new applications designed to help our customers of all sizes benefit from that experience in new ways.”
The next-gen AI applications from CTS include video verticalisation, localisation of regional languages, smart chapters, metadata enrichment, automated quality control and intelligent clipping.
CTS’ new applications are integrated into CTS’ Cloud Media Processing (CMP) engine, a flexible, programmable workflow orchestration layer. Processors can be inserted as pre-processors, content manipulation steps, or post-processors, enabling customers to activate individual AI capabilities within their existing workflows without rebuilding their technology stack.
