Malaysian integrated media group Media Prima and South Korean broadcaster Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) have jointly produced Master in The House, the Malaysian edition of the South Korean hit reality show.
The joint production marks the first collaboration of a new partnership that aims to exchange ideas, knowledge and capabilities in content production, at a time when the popularity of South Korean content is at a global high.
Yong Jae Kim, Head of Global Contents Business, SBS, said, “We hope that the partnership will inspire more creative ideas for us to fuel the growing demand for Korean content in Malaysia and across the world.”

“We are confident that the ideas, knowledge and capabilities exchanged will enable us to raise the bar and deliver more top-notch content with international production value.”
Describing collaboration as the way forward to unlock the greatest potential for Media Prima’s content, distribution, and talents, Nini added, “We look forward to growing our partnerships to bring diverse and compelling programmes, while enabling the best of our local entertainment a chance to shine on the world stage.”Master in The House (Malaysia) airs every Saturday, 10.00pm to 11.00pm on TV3 starting 15 January 2022.
