Mobile Viewpoint and Broadcast Solutions team up for Asian markets

Broadcast Solutions, a German systems integrator, has entered into a strategic agreement with Mobile Viewpoint as the distributor of the latter’s solutions in Asia.

Mobile Viewpoint offers portable and fixed encoding devices to enable “fast and reliable” video contribution. Using its solutions, users are able to go ‘live’, edit, stream and share live video.

Describing the partnership as a “perfect fit”, Joe Tan, general manager, Asia-Pacific, Broadcast Solutions, says: “We are thrilled to bring Mobile Viewpoint’s solutions to the Asian markets, and to start the cooperation with the presentation of products at BroadcastAsia2018 this month. We are convinced that Mobile Viewpoint’s video solutions will benefit many customers in the broadcast industry.”

Under this agreement, Broadcast Solutions’ Singapore office will also manage the sales of Mobile Viewpoint’s portfolio across various Asian countries, including Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan and Myanmar.
