Nexion picks Media Links’ IP media gateways as its transport backbone
Japan’s Nexion, a global video transmission company, has chosen Media Links’ MDP3020 JPEG-XS 4K IP media gateways as its content transport technology for high-quality delivery and live transmission of sporting events, music concerts, conferences, and other events to broadcasters and media companies throughout Japan.
Nexion’s domestic and international backbone fibre networks connect dozens of broadcasters, production companies, and media organisations to major event venues. The MDP3020 JPEG-XS 4K IP media gateways, the company said, were chosen for their exceptional image quality, low latency, fault tolerance, and overall investment efficiencies.
