Planetcast’s flawless coverage of Indian IPL/T20 delights cricket fans

Planetcast Media Services has had the distinction of producing faultless delivery of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 cricket season, with zero downtime or glitches across 74 matches held in 13 stadiums over the course of a month and a half. 

This achievement continues Planetcast’s legacy of providing top-tier media services for major cricketing events, including the recent T20 World Cup (June 2-29), which ended with India defeating South Africa in the final at Bridgetown, Barbados, in the Caribbean.

Planetcast’s media services enabled the delivery of advertising of around US$450 million for the IPL rights holders, which is almost equally split between broadcast and digital platforms, and virtually on par with the $465 million garnered in 2023.
